Dawn Feles Tossie is a dedicated chef, entrepreneur, and wellness advocate committed to making plant-based living both delicious and accessible. Her culinary journey started as a side hustle, cooking and baking for years before officially launching her business after winning the 2024 Retail Launchpad. She takes great pride in her as a Chef at Cherubim Charm Camp, where she taught young ladies the art of cooking and baking.
My Story
Over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and more than two decades serving the State of New Jersey, I have developed strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and. My educational background includes degrees in Information Systems and Culinology from Mercer County Community College, alongside training with renowned chefs participation in entrepreneurial development programs. My culinary journey took me an internship at the esteemed Parc Restaurant in Philadelphia where I immersed myself in pastry arts for five months. This experience, along with my role as Cherbum Camp Chef and certification from the Personal Chef Academy under Chef Lisa Brooks, ignited my for creating plant-based dishes that nourish both the body and soul.
